Criminal Record Clearance — Based on interviews and record reviews, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above when uncleared adult Cody Devaney resides in the home which poses an immediate risk to the health, safety or personal rights of children in care.

Personal Rights — Based on interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above when staff served an infant cow's milk and due to the infant's age a known allergen which posed an immediate risk to the health, safety or personal rights of children in care.
Personal Rights — interviews with the licensee and P1 it was determined that the licensee did not handle the infant in safe manner when the licensee attempted to sit the infant on the floor and let go resulting in the infant dropping and rolling back to hit their head on the floor which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
