Personal Rights — Based on interviews conducted with C2 and C4, C2 disclosed that S4 grabbed them by the arm and pulled them. C4 demonstrated to LPA how S6 kicked and stated that it hurt when the incident occurred, this poses/posed a potential health and safety risk to children in care.
