Staffing Ratio and Capacity — Based on interview and observation, licensee did not have an assistant present and there were 9 children in care (3 infants, 3 preschool age and 3 school age). Without an assistant, the maximum number of children for whom care may be provided is six children when three infants are in care. This poses an potential risk to the health, safety, or personal rights of children in care.
