Fixtures, Furniture, Equipment and Supplies — Based on LPA's observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above, there are wall heathers in all four classrooms which have not been screened to prevent access which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Staff immunization requirements — Based on four staff files review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in 1 out of four staff, staff#2 did not have proof of immunization against measles, pertussis and influenza on file which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
