Infant Care Teacher Qualifications and Duties — Based on LPAs interviews and record review, staff that are in the infant classroom do not have units in infant/toddler courses. This poses a potential risk to the health/safety of the children.
Child Care Center Director Qualifications and Duties — LPA conducted inspections on 09/23/2025, and 10/27/2025 and there was no director. Staff informed LPA that director is out on medical leave.
