LPA observed in the downstairs bedroom antiacid chew, calcium, perfume, RMFLEX, centrum vitamins, lotion, ect.. accessible to children in care, which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Family home — home free of safety hazards — Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above at the time of the inspection LPA observed facility license (LIS203), and parents rights (PUB394) in a prominent location adjacent of the front interior door. The emergency disaster was not available at the time of the inspection, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
