LPA and LPM observed 2 steak knives and 1 full sized scizzors in the kitchen sink in reach and accessible to day care children. These items pose a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Infant Safe Sleep — There were no 15-minute safe sleep log entries made during the inspection as infant #1 was observed sleeping in a pack n play for over 1 hour. It was also observed that the last updated logs for infant #1 listed on 06/15/2026
