Family home — home free of safety hazards — Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that their were 2 cleaners that noted to call poison control if ingested. These 2 poisons were not accessible to children in care and were in a cabinet that did not have any handles, that was also barricaded by a heavy stepping stool. However, this does not count as being "locked" per the above regulation. This poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Family home — children supervised at all times — Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that the Licensee Lencee Harris was not present at the facility the entire day. Even though 1 of the 2 licensees has been present the entire day, the Licensee Lencee's temporary absence has exceeded more than 20% of the hours that the facility operates, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Personnel Records — Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that the files for Staff 2 (S2), and S3 did not have LIC9052 available to review. Also, the file for S3 did not have Mandated Reporter Training available to review, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Infant Safe Sleep — Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that Child 2 (C2) and C3 did not have a completed LIC9227 which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Staff immunization — influenza, pertussis and measles — Based on record review assistant did not have her immunization record which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
