The assitant stated that the Licensee Monique Harris leaves to a job at 7:00 AM and she dosen't know Licensee Tuesday Robinson, which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Criminal Record Clearance — Based on observation, interview, and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above by LPAs observing the assitant, Chacha Johnson-Gholston, superving the children during the inspection. The Guardian system shows that Chacha is "Eligible-Exemption" and is not assoicated to the facility. This poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
