(a) The licensee shall be present in the home and shall ensure that children in care are supervised at all times. This requriement was not met as evidenced by: Based on interview, the licensee did not ensure children were supervised at all times resulting in day care children being sexually abused by another day care child, which poses an immediate Health, Safety, or Personal Rights risk to persons in care.
Infant Safe Sleep — Based on observation, the licensee did not ensure she was in compliance with the section cited above by having blankets inside of the safe sleep enviroment with a sleeping infant, which poses an immediate Health, Safety, or Personal Rights risk to persons in care.
