Operation of a Family Child Care Home — LPA observed a small stock tank filled with water in the front of the home. No day care children were present. LPA observed various toys in the back yard that were need of repair or removal, LPA observed various indoor electric outlets not covered...as stated in LIC809 report. This poses a potential risk to the health, safety and personal rights of children in care.
Family home — home free of safety hazards — Based on LPA observation, the wood furnace was in use and had cloth netting which poses a potential risk to the health, safety and personal rights of children in care.
Mandated reporter training — Based on LPA file review and staff interview, Licensee and her husband/assistant have not renewed mandated reporter training since last completed on 05/04/2022. This poses a potential risk to the health, safety and personal rights of the children in care.
