Alterations to Existing Building or Grounds — Interviews disclosed children having access to off-limit rooms. Furthermore, interviews provided accurate descriptions of the master bedroom and licensee's bedroom, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Family home — home free of safety hazards — LPA Herrera walked to an accessible room (the living room) and in the dining room, LPA observed a lit candle in a tall glass that was on the island table nearest to the side of the accessible room which was within arms reach of children in care. Licensee had four (4) school age children in care.
