Family home — home free of safety hazards — Based on observations, the Licensee did not comply with the section cited above regulation which poses an immediate health and safety risk to the children in care. During facility tour, the LPA observed several cleaning supplies, laundry supplies and handwashing soaps in a lower hallway and kitchen cabinets. The kitchen cabinet has a latch, however, the latch was not in working condition. Lastly, the LPA observed large garden hedge shears in the backyard accessible to children.

Family home — home free of safety hazards — Based on observations, the Licensee did not comply with the section cited above regulation which poses a potential safety risk to the children in care. During the facility tour, the LPA observed a fire drill log with preset dates and time. It documented that a fire drill was conducted on April 23, 2026 which was after the date of this inspection.
Alterations to Existing Building or Grounds — Based on the observation, the Licensee did not meet the above regulation which poses a potential safety risk to the children in care. Upon entering to the facility the LPA observed the master bedroom door open making the “Off Limits” area accessible to the children in care. The LPA also observed a child enter into the master bedroom looking for the Licensee. Lastly, the LPA observed two children enter the master bedroom several times with the Licensee.
Infant Safe Sleep — Based on the record review and interview the Licensee did not meet the above regulation which poses a potential safety risk to the children in care. During file review the LPA was unable to sleep logs for C1. Licensee stated she does not have sleep logs available for review.
