Fixtures, Furniture, Equipment and Supplies — Based on observation], the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in LPA and LPM observed infant room sink not properly functioning with no hot water accessible for washing hands after diaper change which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
