Limitations on Capacity: A licensee shall not operate a child care center beyond the conditions and limitations specified on the license, including the capacity limitation. This was not met as evidenced by, based on observation and interview, only one classroom is currently being used for school-age with low enrollment numbers and the other school-age classrooms are being used for the Adult Day Program.
Reporting Requirements:The licensee shall notify the Department in writing of his/her intent prior to making any structural changes that reduce the total amount of indoor or outdoor activity space. Such structural changes shall include, but not be limited to, room additions. This was not met as evidenced by, based on observation and interview, only one classroom is currently being used for school-age and the other classrooms for the Adult Day Program.
