Family home — home free of safety hazards — Based on LPA's observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that LPA observed two electrical outlets without the plate covered. LPA observed two holes in the wall. This is unsafe and poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

LPA observed a notebook whereby the lciensee keeps notes and has noted some infant napping times. This poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
