Licensee had poisons (Ajax, Comet) in a high kitchen cabinet with a latch. LPA explained poisons must be kept behind key and lock.
Staff immunization — influenza, pertussis and measles — Based on observation, interview conducted, and records reviewed, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as licensee did not ensure required immunizations were maintained which poses a potential health risk to children in care.
