Family home — preventive health training, including pediatric CPR and first aid — based on review of Pediatric First Aid and CPR it was found to be expired in 12/2023. Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Immunizations — review of children's records. Prior to admission to a family day care home, children shall be immunized against diseases as required by the California Code of Regulations, Title 17, beginning with Section 6000. Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as some children are missing immunizations and some need updated immunizations which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
