Reporting Requirements 102416.2(c)(1): Any suspected child abuse or neglect, as defined in Penal Code Section 11165.6, of any child in care, in addition to reporting requirements pursuant to Penal Code Section 11166. Based interviews on record review, the Licensee did not comply with the section cited above, Licensee did not notify the department of unusual incidents within 24 hours when suspicion of child abuse was present of a daycare child with seven days, which poses a potential risk to the Personal Rights of persons in care.
