The child care center director... shall be on the premises during the hours the center is in operation. The requirement was not met as evidence by interviews conducted with staff stating that the director is not on site during the days and hours the facility is operating.

LPA observed during staff file review, staff #3/5/6/8 and 9 are missing proof of MMR/TDAP/FLU/or TB
