Limitations on Capacity and Ambulatory Status — and send proof via email olivia.meza@dss.ca.gov to the department by the due date of 09/25/2026. Based on observation, on the dates of 8/21/2026 and 09/10/2026 LPA observed school age students commingling with preschool age students. This poses a potential risk to the health and safety of children in care.
Staffing for Water Activities — Based on interviews staff stated that on a beach day (7/06/2026) there were no staff present with a current water safety certification. This poses a potential health and safety risk to children in care.
Carbon monoxide detectors required — Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Facility does not have a working carbon monoxide alarm which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
