Mandated reporter training — LPA observed that (2) staff memebers did not have valid AB1207 Mandated Reporter Training Certificate completed and in file. This poses a potential risk to the health, safety, or personal rights of children in care.
Notice to parents that site visit reports are available — Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that, during record review LPA observed that newly enrolled infants did not have the LIC9224 in file, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Operating without a license — Licensee did not pay annual fees that were due on 11/17/2023. As stated in the LIC809 report dated 01/30/2024. This poses a potential risk to the health, safety, or personal rights of children in care.
Food Service — During the inspection, LPA observed no thermometer in the refrigerator, the refrigerator door was left open and was unable to verify that the food items were stored at 45 degrees F or less. a thermometer was placed for 30 minutes and the temperature did not reach 45 degrees. This poses a potential risk to children in care.
Infant Care Food Service — During the inspection LPA observed breast milk was in the infant freezer with no label, it did not have a child’s name or date it was stored. This poses a potential risk to children in care.
