General Sanitation. Objects used by children shall be washed and disinfected at least daily, or more often if necessary. Such objects shall include, but not be limited to, toys and blankets. This requirment was not met as evidenced by: staff did not ensure the classroom items were sanitized daily which poses a potential risk to the health and safety of of children in care.
Responsibility for Providing Care and Supervision — Staff was unaware that C1 had a rock in his mouth while in care which poses a potential risk to the health and safety of children in care.
