(a) The licensee shall ensure that each child is accorded the following personal rights: (1) To be accorded dignity in his/her personal relationships with staff and other persons. Based on LPA interviews, documents collected during investigation, This regulation was not met due to documents/write ups were verified, where four staff were arguing with each other infornt of infants/toddlers.
Pediatric health and safety training (CPR/first aid) — Based on observation, record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in one staff not having a current AB1207 certificate, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
