Buildings and Grounds — Based on interviews, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as staff disclosed the childrens bathroom has been observed with urine on the floor and smears of poop on the ground, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Food Service — Based on interviews and observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as staff are microwaving children's food in styrofoam bowls which are not designed to be microwaved, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
