This requirement was not met by: Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as LPAs had observed on 10/10/23, that additional child size gates were installed and the license certificate states "all exits and gates must remain unlocked, unobstructed, and accesible during business hours" operating outside of the license limitations which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
