Reporting Requirements — A interviews and record reviews which revealed a child was left unattended on the play ground for a period of time and the incident was not reported to Community Care Licenisng as required.
Teacher-Child Ratio — LPA observation. A teacher was observed leaving the play ground for at least 5 minutes, which left the co-teacher out of ratio with 14 children.
Personal Rights — Based on interviews, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above when: Staff snatched toys from children and roughly handled C1 which poses an potential risk to the health, safety or personal rights of children in care.
