Personal Rights — Based on interviews, photographs and incident reports, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that it was determined for a two-month period C1 received multiple bites while in care and C1’s personal rights were violated which poses a potential health and safety risk to clients in care.
Infant Care Food Service — Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that two out of three infants bottles did not contain the date which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Infant Care Isolation for Illness — Based on LPA observations and interviews conducted, the licensee did not comply with the above regulation, as facility is not maintaining an appropriately equipped isolation area for ill infants which poses a potential Health & Safety risk to children in care.
Responsibility for Providing Care and Supervision for Infants — Based on LPA/LPM observation, Interview of staff and record review , the licensee did not comply with the section cited above, Three infants who staff reported were able to roll from back to stomach did not have section C completed of the LIC 9227. One of the three infants was observed sleeping on their stomach which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Infant Needs and Services Plan — Based on observation, interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above and the LIC 9227 was missing in five children's files which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
