Responsibility for Providing Care and Supervision — Based in interview and documents reviewed, the onsite teacher was engaged in a cleaning task rather than directly supervising the children which resulted in a lack of supervision. This lapse created conditions in which C2 was able to engage in kmnown aggressive behavior that resulted in an injury requiring medical treatment.
