This requirment was not met as evidenced by, Based on interviews and review of video footage, facility staff did not meet this requirement when an infant was allowed to drink from another infant's sippy cup, which posed a potential health, safety and personal rights risk to children in care.
Personal Rights — Based on interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited as S2 gave C1 two sips of a breastmilk bottle belonging to C2 which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Buildings and Grounds — Based on observation and interview , the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in 28 out of 28 persons as Room 1 had dishwashing liquid located on a lower level sink; Room 2 had hand lotion, sunscreen, and a mop with an attachment containing cleaning solution; Room 3 had a mop with an attachment containing cleaning solution accessible to children which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Assistant Infant Care Center Director Qualifications and Duties — Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in 28 out of 28 persons in that there was no director and only an assistant director on duty with 28 infants during the time of inspection which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Personal Rights — Based on interview and record review,the licensee did not comply with with the section cited as S2 violated the personal rights of one (1) out of five (5) infants by feeding C1 the breast milk bottle belonging to C2, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Personal Rights — Based on interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as the personal rights of daycare children were not accorded as by S1's own admission he used inappropriate language with daycare children, which poses a potential health, safety, or personal rights risk to persons in care.
