Garden boxes in outdoor area between outdoor activity spaces on stairs, wooden bench in upper outdoor activity space and wooden cabinets in children’s bathrooms are falling into disrepair at the corners and under the sinks. which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Buildings and Grounds — Based on observation, , the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in items such as lotions, sunscreens, toilet bowl cleansers were accessible as well as unlocked drawer of tools accessible to children in care, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Child's Medical Assessments — Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as 3/6 children’s files reviewed, C2, C3 and C6 did not have a physicians report-including the TB Test/Risk assessment on file at time of the inspection, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Drinking water lead testing — Based on interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above, as Director stated the CCC has not had lead testing done, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
