This regulation was not met as evidenced by: Based on LPA interviews, it was confirmed that children's personal rights were violated. Interviews confirmed that child was handled in a rough manner. This poses an immediate health, safety, and personal rights risk to children in care.
Napping Equipment — Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. Cots were observed with sheets touching the other sheets and cots.
