Licensee stated she inflated it at the beginning of August and plans to use it until September 2024. This poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Family home — safe toys and play equipment — Based on observation, LPA noted a bouncer that has two prongs that clip onto a doorway that infants can bounce and twirl from. This poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Infant Safe Sleep — Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. There were no 15-minute checks for infant in care. This poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
