Upon LPA's arrival, Staff 1, who does not have a CPR/1st Aid certificate, was alone with the children while Licensee picked up school-aged children.

Child 1 (C1) had missing emergency contact information on her LIC 700 and Child 6 (C6) had a missing consent for emergency medical treatment (LIC 627).
Infant Safe Sleep — Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that an infant who had just awakened from a nap was in a playpen with blankets, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
