Poisons, detergents, cleaning compounds, medicines, firearms and other items which could pose a danger if readily available to children shall be stored where they are inaccessible to children.The requirement is not met as evidence by: Based on observation and interview, the licensee left the master bedroom open which has a table full of perfumes and cleaning chemicals. The shed in the back yard was unlocked and contains cleaning chemicals and paint. Backyard was seen to have coal, propane, and gardening tools made accessible tochildren. A candle was lit on the dining table with match stix located in the kitchen where children had access as the gate was open. The bathroom shower was observed to have body cleansers and shampoos, which poses an a potential Health and/or, Safety and,Personal Rights risk to persons in care.
