LPA observed Fire drill was last conducted on 9/11/24. facility representative stated that the drill was done but not recorded.
Personnel Requirements — Based on observation and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. During file review LPA observed that S1 did not have a completed Health screening. S1 Stated that it was completed, but does not know what happen to it.
Infant Care Teacher Qualifications and Duties — One staff member supervising infants does not meet the qualifications to supervise infants alone. Based on record review the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Staff-Infant Ratio — One staff member who was not qualified to supervise infants alone was left alone supervising eleven (11) infant and toddlers in the Little Hearts classroom. Based on observation and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
