Infant Safe Sleep — based on interviews conducted by Department of Social Services Community Care Licensing Division Investigations Branch Investigator Seng and reports obtained from the County of Los Angeles Department of Medical Examiner it was reported that the sleeping infant was physically checked on approximately 20-25 minutes after being put down for a nap on 5/3/2023.
