This poses/posed an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Type B(4)
(f) When the child care center(CCC) director is absent from center, arrangements shall be made for a fully qualified teacher as specified in Section 101216.1(c) to act as substitute director. This substitute shall be aware of center operations, including total enrollment, be trained in program operation &shall be designated as an authorized person to correct operational deficiencies that constitute immediate threats to children's health& safety. (1)If the CCC director is absent for over 30 consecutive calendar days, they shall meet qualifications of a director. This was not met as evidenced by;
(b) The name of the child care center director, and any fully qualified teacher(s) designated to act in the child care center director's absence, shall be reported to the Department within 10 days of a change of child care center director or designee(s). This was not met as evidenced by: Furthermore, licensing was never informed that the site director was on leave. This poses a potential risk to the health and safety of children in care.
Mandated reporter training — Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in 1 out of 5 staff. S1 did not have proof of updated Mandated Reporter Training (MRT), which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
