Based on interview and record review, C1 was walked out of the facility door by which was opened by S1. Personal Rights — Based on interviews and record reviews, Staff #1 (S1) handled C1 in a rough manner, placing child on cot. S1's behavior posed a potential personal rights and health safety risk to the children in care.
Personal Rights — Based on interviews and record reviews, children were present in the classroom at the time Staff #1 (S1) had a loud verbal outburst. S1’s behavior occurred in front of the children and created a potentially frightening and unsafe environment. This posed a potential personal rights risk to the children in care.
