Disaster and Mass Casualty Plan — Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that the LIC 610 disasster plan is not filled out or posted, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Storage Space — Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that there is e no personal space for the childrens belongings which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Personnel Requirements — Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that Both teachers took the online CPR course which in t and not EMSA approved which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
