Personnel Requirement- The licensee and other personnel as specified shall complete training on preventive health practices, including pediatric cardiopulmonary resuscitation and pediatric first aid, pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 1596.866. The above section was not met as evidenced by licensee's CPR and 1st aid card was expired in May 2023. The assistant's card is current but she is not here during the whole operation of the day care. This is a potential risk to the health and safety of children in care.
