Specifically, approximately five trash cans used for storing solid waste, including moveable bins, did not have tight-fitting covers
Staff immunization requirements — Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above, which poses a potential health, safety, or personal rights risk to persons in care. Specifically, four staff members were missing required immunizations, including measles, pertussis, and influenza.
Written directives for drinking water lead testing — Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Buildings constructed before January 1, 2010, shall test their water for lead pursuant to these written directives. Site Supervisor can not provide lead results which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Mandated reporter training — Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. The Staff files did not contain mandated reporter or renewal of mandated reporter training. Which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Personnel Records — Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. All personnel records shall be maintained at the child care center. LICs' 503, 508, and pediatric CPR, are missing for all staff files, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
