Licensee stated that she did not check and complete the 15-minute napping log between January 3rd and January 19th, 2025. Infant Safe Sleep — During today's inspection, LPA observed no copy of LIC9227 Individual Infant Sleeping Plan, for infants under 12 months in the infant’s file..
