Teacher Aide Qualifications and Duties — Based on observation and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. LPA observed the assistant alone caring for 4 children. Director later arrived at the facility at 10 AM. After file review, LPA observed assistant is not a fully qualified teacher. This poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Food Service — Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above.There was a bottle of Raid on top of the fridge. This poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
