Buildings and Grounds — Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above where in Room 9 there was two bottles of yellow dish soap labeled keep out of reach of children stored underneath the sink in unlocked cabinets, In addition, there were several potted pothos plants and peace lillies in the center lobby, Room. 1, Room 3, Room 8, and Room 9 accessible to children which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
