Type A finding — CCLD's most serious violation grade: CCR 102417(g)(4) +1 more (Family home — home free of safety hazards — Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. During the tour, LPAs observed "Raid" in the kitchen on the window sill directly above the dishes and sink. In the on-limits restroom, there were various "Clorox" cleaners under the sink. Although the door had a "latch", per Title 22 Regulations, these items must be behind a lock and key. Additionally, the laundry room had large containers of detergent and fabric softener on the floor, accessible to children. There were also fabric softener beads in a laundry basket full of clothes, in reach of children. In the window of the laundry room, there was liquid detergent without a lid, sitting tilted on it's side. Family home — home free of safety hazards — Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above.
