The requirement evidenced by: On 8/19/26 Photos were taken at 11:09am of (2) hanging objects observed by LPA Calderon Teacher #1 and Temporary Director Sarah Kinney: Bib and Sleep Sack on Chid #1 (C1) crib while child was sleeping in the crib. In addition, Interviews with Teacher #1 and Temp. Director confirmed sleep sacks are used for infants; although not observed being used on infants.
