LPA observed infant changing table to not be within arms reach of the sink which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Infant Care Food Service — Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. While touring the infant room at 10:08 AM, LPA observed children bottles not labeled with the current date and one bottle was not labeled with the infants name and the current date which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
