Buildings and Grounds — Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that there were 6 items that stated "call poison control" on their label. These items were in room 3 and room 6 in a latched cabinet and the items were inaccessible to children. However the storage area did not have a key lock or combination lock, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Drinking water lead testing — Based on the interview and record review, the Licensee did not meet the above regulation which poses a potential risk to the children in care. During the facility record review the LPA reviewed a Public Notice for Water Service Line testing dated November 26, 2024. However, the Licensee stated the facility never had water testing on any of the faucets.
