Buildings and Grounds — Based on LPA observation and staff interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in window/door frames that are hollowed/tunnelled with sand-sized brown pellets at the base on the preschool grounds, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. LPA discussed this matter with director on 01/08/2026.
